This Privacy Notice explains in detail the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we’ll store and handle that data and keep it safe.
We know that there’s a lot of information here, but we want you to be fully informed about your rights, and how Caroline Whittome Soft Tissue Therapy uses your data. We hope the following sections will answer any questions you have but if not, please do get in touch with us.
2. Who is Caroline Whittome Soft Tissue Therapy?
Caroline Whittome Soft Tissue Therapy is a remedial massage clinic operating from Bouton on the Water, with a special interest and advanced modalities in clinical issues such a oncology, lymphoedema, scar therapy, long covid, fibromyalgia, M.E, CFS alongside mainstream remedial massage, myofascial release and sports massage.

Caroline Whittome Soft Tissue Therapy Ltd will keep client data to comply with FCA and EU rules of the 20-year retention rule. Clients’ hard copy data will be protected securely in locked cabinets. After the 20-year period if there is no other reason to keep this information, unless a client specifically gives their consent or there is an overriding contractual reason why Caroline Whittome Soft Tissue Therapy Ltd needs to keep their information then personal details will be deleted from our records.
