It has been a wonderful and very busy couple of years with continued Professional Development study adding to my Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, Kinesiology and Dry Needling, which has been great as I truly love learning. I am very proud to say I have now qualified in the following:

 

• The Perrin Technique - helping clients suffering from Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue, M.E and Fibromyalgia

• Upledger Institute CST 1 - CranioSacral Therapy 1 practice work - honing in on areas of the body holding tension and injury to help the body release whatever the body needs, and is ready, to let go of.

• Scar Therapy - to help clients with pain, limited range of movement and support recovery with a holistic approach.

• Oncology massage - helping those recovering and currently undergoing medical treatment for Cancer 

• Fluroscopy Guided Manual Lymphatic Drainage to help clients suffering from Lymphoedema.

I will continue progressing my knowledge through study and practical work in Advanced Scar Therapy and CranioSacral therapy work in 2025
